Export Certificates

These are samples of our Nopal product Export Certificates and documents that assure you that all Nopal shipments will arrive in a safe and timely manner. We know from extensive export experience that our customers require speedy liberation of their Nopal shipments and not have Import custom officers put holds on the shipment due to a missing document or a certificate that is past it's time limit. We pride ourselves on issuing you all the that are required in your country of destination. We provide your Customs brokers, documents before the shipment arrives, so they can advise us of any change in an import regulation. This way we can correct any issues that might arise before the shipment arrives at it's final destination. This procedure can save you considerable time and expense.

The below documents are past examples. When your shipment goes out we will be sending you the most recent documents and certificates that we have for your Nopal order. Note: Where applicable, in the documents below names and addresses of the consignee have been erased to protect our customers.

Certificates
This is an International Phyto Sanitary Certificate that is issued for all our fresh Nopal shippments, Nopal cactus powder and Nopal juice concentrate shipments. We know what countries request this Certificate, the Customs facilities in these countries and more important they know us. 
This document is our Nopa Export OroVerde Corporate Tax ID. It proves that we export using an incorporated company name. The Commercial Invoice you shall receive will be in the name of 'Oro Verde Export SA CV. 
This is our Nopal Certificate of Organic process that was issued in 2002 to our former production company name. We are in the process of updating this document to full international organic certification as we are going through the certification process allowing us into the NOP, I-FOAM and JAS certifications. So look for our 100% Nopal Organic certification and labels to be issued soon. 
This is a NAFTA Certificate of Origin. For International shipments we have the Certificate of Orgin and the EUR-1. For international shipments to you will reflect Oro Verde Export SA CV as the Issuing company and will be revised with every order. 
This is the Certificate of Irradiation for those that need this document for the Food Industry. We can dosis down to 8-9 kGy if needed. For European clients we have another sterilization technique that is permitted. This certificate was done for a 6 ton order of our Pharma grade Nopal showing you we are serious when we say wholesale growers and processors. 
This is the land transport phyto sanitary document to show that we ship fresh Nopal and Nopal powder out by the trailer load every week, we are serious about our Nopal fresh and Nopal powder Exports and not just brokers.
