We are in the Pico
Grande Mountain Range between Mexico City and Cuernavaca. Here
is where we grow our Nopal and process our Nopal Powder. This
area has the best conditions possible to produce the highest quality
Organically grown Nopal. We believe our production
standards are far superior to the levels available in other areas
through out the our Milpa Alta region. Our seasoned and experienced
technical staff are dedicated to one single most important goal,
providing the customer with only the highest quality in Nopal
production, adhering to strict sanitary standards coupled with
organic quality freshness, resulting in superior customer
satisfaction.
Our
Co-op is composed of 18 growers, with 150 acres (70 Hectares) of
Nopal plants and a large processing facility for our Nopal powder.
Technical

are valued customers require, we have organized a team of professionals consisting of a biologist
and an engineer, coupled with native technicians that
are revolutionizing the standard methods of co-operative
agriculture. The biologist specializing for fifteen
years in botany and medicinal plants. Our engineer is
a specialist in organic methods of controlling diseases.

makes it possible for you to count on us for the best
possible quality and the most scientifically advanced
methods of production available today.
